承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設(she)計(ji)方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
