承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式(shi),應(ying)用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
