承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
小轎車總程
