承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和(he)防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
