承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
