承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
