承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
