承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
