承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
