承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁小轎(jiao)車(che)承(cheng)重梁與承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方(fang)式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
