承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。
