承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
