承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
