承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)(du)和精(jing)密度(du)(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器(qi)+行程開(kai)關四合一(yi)一(yi)體化設計(ji)方案,結構緊湊
3,小轎車搭建有安全性鉤(gou),防失控。
4,全部傳動系統(tong)組織選用無連軸器的(de)立(li)即I/O方式(shi),傳動系統(tong)高效率、裝配線高精度、免維護保養。
5,工作中級別為A6級,防(fang)水等級IP55,H級絕緣層。防(fang)污防(fang)潮(chao),提(ti)升安全級別。
