承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
