承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
