承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
