承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
