承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
