承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
