承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用(yong)軟性絞接(jie)方式;防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
