承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
