承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每(mei)平米。
