承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
