承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
