承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面(mian)每平米。
