承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
