承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)(liang)采(cai)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)機構(gou)設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整(zheng)板(ban)開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁采用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案,防止“三(san)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一次(ci)精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁采(cai)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
小車總承
1,全歐(ou)式古典設計方案,合理減少重量(liang),提升提高(gao)室內空間(jian)。
2,減(jian)速(su)機(ji)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)起重機(ji)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)型的H系列產品硬齒面減(jian)速(su)機(ji),承載力高,使用(yong)(yong)期(qi)長。
3,鋼絲繩(sheng)卷筒采用厚(hou)鋼板生產短接軸方(fang)式,并對(dui)焊接開(kai)展(zhan)無損檢(jian)測(ce);
4,動(dong)滑(hua)(hua)輪所有(you)采用熱軋滑(hua)(hua)輪;
5,起重吊鉤采用(yong)T級起重吊鉤,材料(liao)高于DG34CrMo,單(dan)雙排(pai)布局(ju),節省(sheng)室內空(kong)間;
