承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米。
