橋式起重機主梁結構

1，主梁采用歐(ou)式箱型梁機(ji)構(gou)設計，自重輕(qing)，結構(gou)合(he)理；

2，整板制作，無對接(jie)焊縫(feng)，比拼(pin)接(jie)主梁更(geng)堅(jian)固。

3，垂直(zhi)撓(nao)度(du)為1/800，腹板拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切割整板下料，精確度(du)高。

4，采用埋弧自動(dong)焊(han)、無損探傷。焊(han)后整體拋丸，消應力(li)、除銹(xiu)，達到Sa2.5級；

5，鋼板材料為Q235B；環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi)，厚度120μm。

5噸(dun)橋(qiao)式起重機端梁(liang)部分

1，大(da)噸位起重(zhong)機(ji)端梁(liang)采用(yong)鉸接柔性設(she)計，避免“三條腿(tui)”運行。

2，車輪采用鏜孔形式，使用數控鏜銑床一次(ci)定(ding)位加工(gong)，確(que)保尺寸精度(du)和配合公差(cha)；

3，每個端(duan)梁配有雙輪(lun)緣的車輪(lun)、緩沖器、驅動保護和防(fang)出軌保護裝置，安全有保障。

4，主梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)(liang)采用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)度(du)(du)螺栓連接，確保整機結構強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精度(du)(du)。

橋式起重機小車總成

1，全歐式設計，有(you)效降低(di)自重，增加提升空間。

2，減速(su)(su)器(qi)采用起(qi)重機專用的H系列(lie)硬齒面(mian)減速(su)(su)器(qi)，承載能力高，使用壽(shou)命(ming)長。
