承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機(ji)床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保(bao)證規(gui)格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設(she)備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
