承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
