承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度(du)和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車(che)承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
