承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
