承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
