承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
