承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
