承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用軟(ruan)性絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行(xing)程開(kai)關四合(he)一一體化設計方案,結構(gou)緊湊
