承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
