承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
