承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
