承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
