承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
