單梁式(shi)起重機的構造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁采用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁機構設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割整板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,采用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,做到(dao)Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨(huo)量起重機端(duan)梁采用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“三條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)采用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一次精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)采用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)(du)。
小車總承
1,全歐(ou)式古典設計方案,合理減(jian)少重量,提(ti)升提(ti)高室(shi)內空間。
2,減(jian)速機采用(yong)起重(zhong)機專用(yong)型的(de)H系列(lie)產品硬齒面減(jian)速機,承載(zai)力高(gao),使用(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲繩卷(juan)筒采(cai)用厚鋼板生產(chan)短(duan)接軸方式,并對(dui)焊(han)接開展(zhan)無(wu)損(sun)檢測;
4,動滑(hua)輪(lun)所(suo)有采用熱軋滑(hua)輪(lun);
5,起重(zhong)吊鉤采用T級(ji)起重(zhong)吊鉤,材料高于DG34CrMo,單雙排布局,節省室內(nei)空間(jian);
