承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
