承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。

1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式(shi);防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
