承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
