承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
