承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
