承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
